Wine Bistro Guest Chef Program
In order to be our Guest Chef, we will need you to submit the following for review:
· A 3 course prix fix menu idea consisting of: o 2 to 4 different appetizers (soup, salad etc...) o 2 to 4 separate entrées (fish, poultry & meats) o 2 types of desserts
· All related recipes and a complete list of all ingredients
Head Chef Peter Roelant and I will review all entries and select the Sunday Chef of the Week.
As part of being Guest Chef, you will be required to prepare and cook all of your submitted dishes at The Wine Bistro the Thursday before your assigned Sunday appearance. This way our kitchen will be better able to assist you on your special night.
